What are houses?
Houses are private maps owned by players through a system of using passwords to enter certain maps.
You will be ablte to enter passwords at Duru, located in @fm.
*Note that all houses are accessible by any player that has the password to the house.*
What should I consider before getting a house?
First of all you need to be able to pay a monthly rent of 200 Geist Fangs.
Secondly, I'd suggest picking the right map because if you want to have a new house you will have to re-bid.
Lastly, full comprehension of the rules listed below. Infringing the rules will result to a deletion of your house.
How do I buy a house?
1. Read the rules below
2. Fill in this code
3. Wait to see if anyone bids higher on your map. If no one bids within the next 48 hours. You will win the map.
*note*: I am allowed to not accept a house because of the price

Rules

Accepted payment is Geist Fangs.
Minimum asking price is 450 Geist Fangs.
Minimum increasement is 40 Geist Fangs if you are bidding.
Maximum 2 houses per person. You may only bid/try to buy 3 houses at a time.
Connecting portals of multiple of your houses will cost an extra 450 Geist Fangs.
Connecting other peoples' houses with your house will cost an extra 350 Geist Fangs.
One person per house only. The IGN it was purchased under has to pay the rent.
You must bid correctly, please read on how to bid in the second spoiler below.
If the map you are buying remains bid-free for 24 hours, you will win it. The time is resetted each bid.
Processing Details

⚛ Bidding Once you have submitted your application for a house, that ID is up for anyone to bid for 48 hours. To bid, you reply to their post with an offer of a higher amount. You should say something along the lines of "I bid __ for this house". Note the 40 Geist Fangs minimum increasement. If you do NOT reply to their post, we will disregard your offer on that map. This will continue until a house remains without a new bid for 48 hours. After 48 hours, the last or only bidder will WIN the house.
⚛ Winning the House After you have received a reply from me on this thread that your asking price or bid has been accepted, you must try to find me in-game and whisper me about your house so that I can take down your password. Please note that I will not notify you when your house is done installing unless you whisper me yourself, but it will range from a few minutes to a few hours to be completed. You can occasionally keep testing your password until it works.
⚛ Paying Monthly Rent The second week of every month, monthly rent will be collected. It is 200 Geist for EACH house you own. You can pay at Duru in @fm, just enter in your house password and a page will open up. Failure to pay within the week will result in you losing your house.
⚛ House Check/TOUR Before you select a house, feel free to run it pass a staff member to see if it is available or not. Have us WARP to the maps by providing us the IDs to confirm if they are maps that are up for sale. Please also check the list of unavailable maps on the second post of this thread (scroll down). For house tours, provide the staff member with IDs and they will warp you to those maps.
⚛ Using Your House Everyone has their own preferences! Some keep their house to themselves, whereas some share their password with the whole community. You can do whatever you wish with your house. Just so you know, it is in your ability to change your password by contacting a staff. We ask that everyone respect each other's privacy; if the owner asks you to leave their house, you must leave.
